Orders are usually ready to collect within 2 hours (during business hours).

FREE shipping on all orders over $100 Australia wide.
Orders under $100 will incur a $10 flat rate shipping charge.
Domestic Shipping:
We use Australia Post and/or Couriers Please to get your order to you fast.
Oversized and bulky items are delivered by courier. Please make sure you provide a delivery address that is attended during regular business hours. Oversized items cannot be sent to a PO Box.

Unforeseen circumstances may cause delays within the shipping company's operations, which are beyond our immediate control. Therefore we cannot guarantee delivery within the estimated time frame. Remote/rural locations will take longer.

Please contact us about AusPost Express shipping for non bulky items.
International Shipping:
Balmoral Boards cannot ship products outside Australia due to distribution restrictions from domestic suppliers.
Packaging
Where possible, we like to reuse boxes and packaging material to minimise waste.
We reserve the right to ship some sale items (e.g. Boots, Bindings, etc.) without their original packaging/box.
